Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in all that Devon has to offer: cycling, surfing and walking. He has an obsessive passion for his lawn, spending time and money keeping it lush and green. Always planning the last cut of the season, Paul insists that his family revel in the mastery of his grass-keeping.
Jan Reeves
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Jan is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser and joined our team in February 2024, bringing with her more than 35 years’ experience within the Mortgage industry, including working as an administrator, processor, underwriter, paraplanner and adviser. She holds the CeMAP qualification, and a wealth of knowledge gained from her various job roles within the Financial Services industry.
She can help with arranging all types of mortgages, providing advice to everyone from first time buyers, existing homeowners, first time and experienced landlords, including Ltd companies. She has vast financial experience and takes great pride in helping you secure your dream home and ensuring that you and your home are fully protected with policies arranged to meet your needs and requirements. She is a highly experienced mortgage specialist with a genuine desire to help others achieve their property dreams, especially first-time buyers. When Jan’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the beautiful areas we are lucky enough to live nearby, with her Labrador.
Lynn Rees

Lynn has over 25 years of administration experience, supporting businesses across a wide range of industries. She has a passion for processes, systems, and organisation, and thrives on helping things run smoothly.
After years of moving around, Lynn settled in Plymouth in 2012 with her husband and children, where they enjoy the beaches, moors, and countryside that Devon has to offer. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find her curled up with a good crime drama or book, or browsing Pinterest for inspiration for her next home or garden project.
Kerry Woodcock
Protection & Estate Planning Advisor
Kerry has worked in Financial Services for over 24 years, specialising in Protection and Estate Planning. She is a big advocate for helping you to protect yourselves and your loved ones against life’s uncertainties including loss of income, premature death, critical illness. You are your biggest asset! When Kerry is not working, she loves to enjoy quality time with her partner and two children, visiting local beaches, sea swimming, walking and watching live music.
